Orders with Garage Door Discounters can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the original order date in order to receive a full refund. Once 24 hours has passed, Garage Door Discounters is unable to refund an order in full. Any related fees such as processing, restock, or production will apply and be charged, depending on the order’s stage prior to cancellation
Customer has the option of waiving the 24-hour cancellation period if the Quick Ship Option is requested, in order to receive the shipment sooner. Garage doors normally ship within 7 to 10 days, however, if the Quick Ship option is chosen, the cancellation period will be waived and the door will be shipped within 3 to 5 days.
Returns Policy
Because garage doors are a custom product made-to-order, all sales are final. Once the garage door has been delivered to its destination, it cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. Garage Door Discounters will not accept any returns that are a result of improper handling after the product has been delivered, or in the case of improper measuring by the Purchaser.
